Last Day Home...Until October 21!

Well, we are heading out in the morning for Heber Valley Camp. Today was our last day here at the apartment.

The pictures show what greeted us as we got up this morning to finish getting the trailer ready. Had a nice call from the camp director today and he said it only snowed a couple of inches in Heber last night. We got nearly a foot here out of the last two storms in two days.
Plans are to leave here about 7 am. We have the duty of being the camp hosts at the Rodeo Grounds in Heber, which we lovingly call "Cowboy Town." There is still a LOT of snow at the camps. A couple of weeks ago they had 62 inches, on top of the 2-3 feet they already had. They finally had all of the trailer sites cleared, but then the 62 inches hit and so it was back to square one. We have no idea right now just how long we will be in Cowboy town before taking our places on the mountain.

We are excited to be going again.
